Feedback from
managers at Kraft Foods
 |
I
think this workshop was the best one we’ve ever had!
|
 |
I’m much more
conscious of how I relate and react to people. I’m also
becoming aware of how I treat myself, and making sure my
own needs are being met (which I was horrible at before!).
|
 |
When I look
back at our workbook, and what I wanted to get out of the
session--to find ways to be more fulfilled at work-- and
I feel that I’m achieving that.
|
 |
I can’t tell
you how thrilled I am to be in a department where the Director
not only understands the true value of "work-life balance"
but also presents us with tools that will enable us to achieve
it.

 |
I
think it’s particularly useful that you scheduled follow-up
sessions with Marian. It will continue to make the experience
part of "everyday."

I
thought the workshop was great! We spend so much time at
work, this help put in perspective how it can be more meaningful
than just a paycheck. Two of the top areas I liked were
the legacy and also the reminder on our desk… I feel fortunate
to work in XXX division since you are responsible for bringing
in these growth seminars. Thanks!
