The
typical application of this tool is to assess your satisfaction in each
area with a score of 0-10. Score 0= not at all satisfied, 10= extremely
satisfied. This is indeed illuminating and useful. Take a moment to write in
your satisfaction scores. To launch new intentions for creating an Inspired
Life, also consider the following: For each area, acknowledge what you do
like or love. Celebrate some gratitude for each section, even if it’s
challenging to find positive energy. Example: Health-“I’m grateful that I
enjoy overall good health and my shape at my age.” Then go ahead and
articulate what you would love to create moving forward. It often helps to start
with the key feeling state or energy you’d like to fuel for each
life area. Example: “For Health, I would love to be feeling more
consistently energized.” [You may want to tackle this over time, e.g.
consider one area per day.] Don’t over-dig for issues
or problems to fix. If there’s no desired shift, great! Let it be and celebrate
that. Your specific goals and coaching focus
areas can flow from this process.
