What's Different?
This is not about more stressful working harder to win a bigger game. Or even much of typical self-improvement. What is it to be more curious about changing the game?

Working with Marian and the new MLA (Mastery of Leadership Arts) may be more like Jedi knight training for you to cultivate a paradigm shift in how to access your superpowers. And then we can have fun waking up the Force in your team, etc.
You don't want a quick list of tips for how to manage people, projects & profit (that seems a bit like it's coming from when "movers& shakers" wore shoulder pads and carried burgundy briefcases). I hope this makes you laugh, too. We don't dress that way anymore, and, wow, let's not unconsciously end up with outdated ways of trying to succeed, lead, or chase happiness.
You know better by now. You deserve better. What matters most to us and the amazing future that could be deserves better from us.
The great news is that evolving into new ways of being, thinking, and doing open us up to a sustainable Joy (not quick fix happiness).
