If you are reading this, you are meant to be a New Leader. Pause for a moment and ask, “Why am I here? What do I want?” My joy is to meet you right where you are, listen deeply and SEE you for who you really are. I am (and fellow new leaders in an MLA cohort & community are) going to be a different kind of championing energy in your life. The MLA is about an axial shift that will open your “I;” your Infinite Potential more powerfully than my prior coaching/teaching and most leadership training out there. This will rock your world a bit and equip you to be waking up to your greatest JOY much more than trying to do a great job.*

The new center of inspired leadership is not a building, campus, community or just a curriculum. The new center of inspired leadership is in your heart— your heart of hearts; the core of your being. You get to contribute the gifts only you can share, enjoy new relationship flow professionally and personally, and keep discovering new freedom, creativity and abundance.
You get to create all of this with compassion, patience, laughter, tears, humility, confidence, boldness and vulnerability, with a unique support system continuously upgraded for you, your inner deeper alchemy and higher outer outcomes.
Like Einstein said, we need to shift into a new way of thinking-being-doing. Imagine waking up to your Authentic Self more, letting your deeper wisdom, true heart’s inspiration and effective genius to come out to play. What if you are a “new knight” for a new paradigm of success, so you need a different kind of fuel and “Yoda” and fellow knights to really let your best self flourish? Feel into this with your soul’s truth, not your should list.
Let’s say an old-paradigm MBA has been about teaching us to keep trying harder to keep up with strategic & tactical problem solving so that we can get better at “winning the game,” (mostly from subconscious, fear-driven, culturally-constrained defaults for a game that’s not healthy-sustainable-good for us anyway). Whew! Can we take a breath after all that? :-) The new MLA is about a power shift inside of you and trusting higher to liberate your real potential, prosperity & impact and change the game.
You’ll discover new ways to break free from unexamined assumptions, inherited success formulas, cultural conditioning and oh-so-subtle habit patterns holding you back. Yes, it’s profound. And extremely pragmatic, down to the details of daily email, fueling what you truly want to create and who you dare to be. You’ll fall in love… with your self and SELF and truly wake up inspired, experiencing, Oooh, I love myself and I love my life today, let’s go!
